When buying an Annual policy on line from AllClear I was handled in a very caring , compètent and professional manner, their agent took time to fully explain the various options available and did not hurry me into making decisions, she did not adopt a hard sell approach as is often the case with similar companies. I had cause to contact AllClear again the following day as I had overlooked a health issue and I was again handed in a similar manner, by a different agent. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025

All clear were very good when I had to cancel my holiday. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.They sent me claims forms with instructions on what to do and how to complete the forms. They then gave me a full refund Reviewed on: 8th August 2025
