Each time I spoke to a member of the team they explained everything clearly and simply. Excellent customer service. I had to add an additional injury which I sustained prior to travelling and it was no problem adding this to my policy. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

We have purchased travel insurance and 3 out of 4 travelling have health conditions, all have been covered and at an affordable price. Some insurance companies wouldn't cover them or were too expensive. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Excellent in the past but currently poor

In the past Allclear have been excellent, but they have not actioned my winter sports extension on my annual policy and not yet responded to my complaint (I first tried adding the cover 6 weeks ago), leaving me without ski cover for my holiday until resolved. A real shame as previously seemed excellent. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Reply from AllClear Good afternoon, Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your concerns. In regards to our winter sports cover, our underwriters were reviewing the policy. During that time, we are unable to offer the additional endorsement for winter sports to our manual renewals or new quotations. However, I am pleased to inform you that, as of the beginning of October, the cover has been reinstated and can be added to the insurance policy. If you haven't already done so, please feel free to contact our customer care team, and we will be happy to provide a quote to include the cover.
