This is our first experience booking with this company. When I booked initially I omitted one health condition. I was not happy when I reported this and was given a higher premium. As I had already paid the premium I cancelled following discussion with one of your staff. This experience was very upsetting and I thought we would not be able to afford to go on holiday. However I rang the following day and spoke to a different staff member who very patiently went through everything with me and gave me a different quote which I accepted and I am very happy with this. A simple and effective website to follow. Clear and concise questions made it easy to complete the on line form. The insurance was reasonably priced for my one off trip even with the medical issues I have. I am now covered and can relax on my holiday knowing that I will have the support should I need it. Hassle Free for those with pre existing cinditions

I have been using All Clear since a cancer disgnosis in 2005 and becoming “All Clear”! Whether I book direct or use a broker website the price is always the most competitive on offer. I have a policy currently active which is the second one this year. I have never had to make a claim so don’t know how easy that would be. A friend with heart problems also uses them following my recommendation.. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

For many years I have been using AllClear for cruise medical insurance for me and my wife. We both have multiple on-going medical conditions for which we need medication.
