Great cover and price

Whenever I ring, they are super polite, kind and knowledgeable (and laugh at my jokes). I have a number of medical issues but the price of annual travel insurance and the cover provided beats other companies. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

A waste of money

I had a medical emergency which meant I had to cancel my flights so I put in a claim for around £150. By the time they had discounted the excess and refused other items my claim would have been for about £9.00 so I didn't bother. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
