A waste of money

I had a medical emergency which meant I had to cancel my flights so I put in a claim for around £150. By the time they had discounted the excess and refused other items my claim would have been for about £9.00 so I didn't bother. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

You've had the diagnosis, what about travel insurance?

AllClear are all about insurance for those with challenging illnesses which have been excluded from cover by standard policies. For this I'd recommend AllClear every time. I had some awful experiences talking to other specialist insurers after my diagnosis but in this case they provided the cover I needed. I'd recommend them for others in my situation 10/10 but not for everyone, hence the 8/10 overall recommendation to score. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Ok product but bad customer service

Charges are higher than with other providers and the time it took to set up a simple policy was ridiculous. Took 3 phone calls with 3 different reps. because their phone system kept dropping calls Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024
