A heart problem while we were on holiday

My wife had a heart problem while we were on holiday in Gran Canaria and had to spend an overnight stay in hospital. AllClear provided an excellent service for her by paying the hospital fee, flying a doctor over from London to ensure she was fit enough to fly home, arranging for the doctor to accompany us on a separate flight home they arranged, paying for us to extend our hotel stay by 3 days and providing a taxi from the airport back to our home. We couldn't have asked for a better or more attentive service and have recommended AllClear to all our friends. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Superb service

I had reccomended AllClear to my sister years ago , she reminded me when i asked her about Holiday Inurance last year. I immediatley signed up for a year with my partner. We went to Perth Australia earlier this year and my partner ended up in Hospital for a week , missing our trip to Bali . When i called the emergency phone number the staff on the phone were so polite helpful ,told me not to worry and that just to call back when he was able to fly back home. I did and again the staff on the phone were fantastic . We had 1st class treatment and was just a day later than we were due . Very respectful and knowledgeable person who dealt with my call, answered my questions and had time to listen to my concerns, making sure that my needs were met. Even when I phoned to speak to another department, when I explained my paperwork had been lost, they sent me a new email and a copy in the post which arrived two days later. Very polite and helpful staff who genuinely cared about what they do and how they interact with us customers. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
