Superb service

I had reccomended AllClear to my sister years ago , she reminded me when i asked her about Holiday Inurance last year. I immediatley signed up for a year with my partner. We went to Perth Australia earlier this year and my partner ended up in Hospital for a week , missing our trip to Bali . When i called the emergency phone number the staff on the phone were so polite helpful ,told me not to worry and that just to call back when he was able to fly back home. I did and again the staff on the phone were fantastic . We had 1st class treatment and was just a day later than we were due . Very respectful and knowledgeable person who dealt with my call, answered my questions and had time to listen to my concerns, making sure that my needs were met. Even when I phoned to speak to another department, when I explained my paperwork had been lost, they sent me a new email and a copy in the post which arrived two days later. Very polite and helpful staff who genuinely cared about what they do and how they interact with us customers. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

I was looking for travel cover but because I had a yet undiagnosed condition most insurers wouldn't cover me. I spoke to AllClear on the phone and they were brilliant. Best, clear policy provider at very competitive prices for persons with pre-existing medical conditions. Straightforward application online and by phone. Staff are knowledgeable and consistently mannerly and helpful. We have used them for a number of years now and always recommend them to family and all our friends. On the one ocassion we had to make a claim for minor medical treatment, the process was clear and proceeded smoothly. Excellent. First class service. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
