It takes 5 working days to get a response to an emai... It takes 5 working days to get a response to an email and it took numerous emails phone calls and complaints to get my claim resolved over 3 months in... Read more Reviewed on: 24th December 2025

Holiday insurance for people with pre determined illness

We tried several other holiday insurance companies,including the one that says sure you can. Quite a lot would not touch us,because over the past year, my wife and myself both had cancer. We are both in our sixties,and are now clear of cancer. All the other companies we contacted, would either not insure us,or were far to expensive. All clear covered the both of us at a very good price,which we were willing to pay. The company that likes to say sure you can, phoned us back to offer me a deal , I told them That we had booked with all clear , and would never use them again. We will use All clear In the future. for someone of a an age who also has pre diagnosed medical issues , some companies will not insure you at all so it takes a company like All Clear to scoop up that business of which they do a very good job at affordable prices. Best cover for older people with medical problems

Both my partner and I have joint cover for our various medical problems and although we have never needed to claim we feel secure in the knowledge that we will be covered whatever happens to us on holidays abroad. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2017

I have used All Clear several times,now, They are one of the few travel. insurance providers that actually cover what they say they will cover in their advertising. I have reached that age where I have a few medical conditions that many companies will not consider, so far I have had no problems with All Clear. Every condition and every age covered

I have travelled extensively during the past five years and always done so with the knowledge that my Annual worldwide policy covers me for every emergency. On the one occasion that I had to claim, my claim was dealt with efficiently and speedily. All my pre-declared conditions are covered and as I am 83 I know it woluld be difficult if not impossible to get similar cover with other providers. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2017
