Easy to pay for, but a nightmare to claim.

You made it very difficult for my wife to claim on my behalf. I was ill on holiday and my wife laid out for a doctor visit to my hotel and antibiotics. The hassle she went through trying to claim this back was a joke. It is AllClear, Zurich or someone else to go to. Not strait forward at all. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

ALLCLEAR HAS A CAN DO ATTITUDE

I needed very tailored coverage that went the extra mile for an adventure holiday to the Galapagos. AllClear provided everything I wanted and needed. Nothing was too much trouble as it has a can do attitude. Most insurers would balk at some of the activities I did but not AllClear. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
