I had a changed in my health and sent them an email about it asap, because I wanted a paper trial. I expected them to arrange a call to discuss but they instantly cancelled my insurance renewal in a few days time. I ended up going to a competitor. Reviewed on: 11th September 2026

Broad coverage at a really reasonable price

I haven't needed to use the insurance, but the policy itself has broad coverage at a really reasonable price. I've renewed each year for a few years now and not needed to give it a second thought. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

Waste of money. Cheap for a reason, you're better off buying a lottery ticket, more chance of a payout, make you jump through hoops and fill in endless forms, just to turn round and deny your claim on one of their neverending loopholes. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
