Avoid Coverwise at All Costs. A Complete Nightmare!

If I could give Coverwise zero stars, I would. It has taken them FOUR MONTHS to review my claim, dragging me through endless hoops, requesting document after document, many of which I provided multiple times. And after all that? They had the audacity to decline my claim based on pure speculation! No real evidence, just their own made-up reasoning to avoid paying out. Their customer service is a joke. Slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. Every time I called, I got a different answer or was told to "wait 5 to 10 business days." I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and dishonest company in my life. I've been covered by many travel insurance companies before and never had such a bad experience. This entire process has been stressful, time-consuming, and frankly, a scam. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT USE COVERWISE. They will take your money happily but won’t be there when you actually need them. Absolutely disgraceful! Reviewed on: 12th March 2025
