I have my own relationship manager who is there when...

I have my own relationship manager who is there when I need him. Also when I phoned the main number before phoning him (didn't want to bother him for such a trivial matter) they called me back when my phone lost signal, that was before I could get through to anyone (not on hold for long)!!
