6 month fixed account

Opened a 6 month fixed account with them, very quick and easy and a good rate of interest. Its a bit annoying that at the end of the term i had to log on online rather than do everything through the app, but the process feels very secure through clear and easy teo factor authentication. I was panicking about an investment I couldn't find and the customer care assistant, James, went out of his way to resolve the problem, even phoning me back after the issue was resolved in order check I was happy and that everything was working as it should be.
