Simple credit card with good benefits

I have been using AMEX for 3 years now, and I am very satisfied with it. On the few occasions where there has been a problem, they have dealt with it promptly. The opportunity to collect AVIOS is not to be missed, and they have regular offers to save money. All in all excellent service and highly recommended. Reviewed on: 30th April 2017

Absolutely pathetic

Customer service is useless. All companies have issues, it's how problems are resolved or not. I've not come across many organisations as useless. Reviewed on: 1st November 2023

Excellent card

AMEX are fantastic, the card has some great perks, they do regular offers which are very useful and have very helpful call centres,. The only fly in the ointment is that many businesses do not accept AMEX, although this is getting better Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023
