Membership rewards and airmiles, just brilliant.

I love the BA Amex because of the membership rewards, it's a brilliant aspect of the card. I've triggered bonuses and am well on my way around the world if I transfer them to airmiles! Reviewed on: 16th April 2019

Love BA Amex but.

I love my BA Amex due to the points I can collect. But, I recently got a letter from AMEX re miscommunication of benefits (some travel delay thing). I think it's pretty poor for a firm like AMEX to make such a basic mistake. Reviewed on: 7th January 2019

Great service

Strong brand, reliable products and services

American Express is a reliable company, strong brand and its services are really good. The only inconvenience is the fact that not every places accept American Express Credit Card, so in a daily basis shops you maybe will need an other credit card. But, I highly recommend Amex as I'm a old customer, never have any problem with them and a I really trust in American Express products and services, even when I lived in South America. Poor customer service

Multiple issues with this credit card. Every time I tried to call them for advice I felt fobbed off. Even cancelling the card was hard. The only benefit was the Avios points for using it Reviewed on: 4th April 2018

Decent way of collecting points

Great for mileage collecting. Wish the companion ticket limit was lower. Reviewed on: 4th April 2018

Could be easier to maintain Avios bookings

too convoluted with flights not showing up on the Avios side and not registering on the Amex Side Reviewed on: 20th September 2017
