The spiders web

Very easy to get into Aton Bank and extremely difficult to leave. Even if you don’t want any interest and want to move your money you can’t. So you then have the old guard banking syndrome of it’s not your money it’s our money and you just say thank you for the privilege. Be aware you will be quoted all their T & C’s that are written by them and for them. Needless to say I won’t be using them again and my advice is don’t enter into their fixed agreements as you have to declare and prove a hardship clause which will be reviewed and decided by them if you qualify. Still not 2022 it’s more like 1922 - archaic! Reviewed on: 7th November 2022

A simple mortgage port NOT simple

I am still waiting for my mortgage port to be offered, it’s been over 8 weeks of one issue after the next, along with total inaction. The app shows application submitted twice over a 4 week period despite the message saying a decision would be made with 1-2 weeks. Offered us a mortgage within days
