The process from DIP to offer has been very smooth sailing and quick! Service was amazing with regular communication by email and within their app. I love that you can check the case status from the app! The underwrite was very quick during the application review as each time documents were uploaded they were satisfied within under 24h. How amazing! Will highly recommend this lender! It was so interesting had to check watch the CEO vlog on what the aim of the bank within the market and service was 1# which you can really feel they took time meet this expectation. The bestest and quickest service ever!

Atom’s service was phenomenal! Very fast, quick and easy. Regular updates from the DIP being submitted, Application, Valuation to the offer being issued. All in a week. Would highly recommend Atom to our family. Love that we can access our documents via the app and able to track the progress of your application. Love the app, it is very slick and let’s not start on the Underwriting! Absolutely fantastic and quick! Reviewed on: 18th February 2025

Name must be on the mortgage to live there

Basically applied for a mortgage and got accepted only to find out that me and my boyfriend cannot live together as he won’t be on the mortgage. He is a student and is due to qualify next august but until then they won’t allow him to move in. I have had to sign paperwork stating he won’t live there etc but now I have been refused the mortgage as they do not believe that he won’t live there before being added on to the mortgage. What sort of company won’t allow someone to live in a property without being on the mortgage…..its crazy Reviewed on: 2nd August 2024

Ahhh Atom are brilliant at Mortgages! The application through to offer is truly digital, open and transparent! Fantastic in 2 mortgages I've done with them. So much so I've brought my savings over! Reviewed on: 11th January 2024

Criminals

Where to start with this company! If I can stop at least 1 person using this awful company I’ll be happy! I have a mortgage with atom and in the 18 months since I took it out I’ve had issue after issue, having to use a broker to change the payment date being the 1st, 2nd was they agree to further borrowing (10k) then again you pay your broker to submit paperwork they’ve then changed policy to min of 25k, get my house valued by a local company numbers add up, again submit paperwork, atom use a Zoopla valuation to decline! Fast forward a year and I’ve sold my house and want to port my mortgage, great I can and it’s at same rate! Me knowing atom move the goalposts was shocked at that but eventually they did and I’ve now lost a sale and payed out hundreds of pounds! Cut my affordability by nearly 50k for the same 3 children that don’t live with me and didn’t 18 month ago when the happily gave me a mortgage! (Ages 15,9,7) and used the excuse the pics online of my house show there is children!! Yes the same ones that were there when you gave me a mortgage! Absolute criminals these people wait for you to pay brokers then move the goalposts! Reviewed on: 16th April 2023
