AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE...

After 5 Repeat 5 MONTHS, this excuse for an Insurance Company, has partially settled our claim. They are an absolute disgrace to deal with. Their communication is dire, compassion is ZERO and they just don’t give a toss about their customers We are 77 year Old customers, who have been treated abysmally, throughout this drawn out saga GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR HOLIDAY INSURANCE Reviewed on: 18th March 2024

Excellent cover

Speedy Resolution

Speedy resolution to recent claim that I had to place following falling ill whist away on holiday. No hassle follow up emails or further questions just straight forward dealing with the claim and reimbursement of medical expenditure. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021
