VERY VERY bad provider AVOID at any cost

Hi I would like to thanks TrustPilot for this opportunity to write a review . i have been a very good customer of Barclaycard for 8 years and only 3 weeks ago they have cancelled my credit card . i have rang them and asked for explanation of this action as i was depending on this money for my next purchase but unfortunately all they can provide me with was " We can withdraw our services when ever we like and also we don't think you eligible for this card any more " .... Barclaycard has MY money, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Over £200 of my money kept by Barclays due to expiry of freedom rewards system and lack of notification (email only which ended up in spam, no other notification other than an email!). No mention of the change on paper or online statements (which still showed the points long after the schemed ended, no mention of it on the freedom rewards website or in the mobile app) No help from Customer services, they simply repeat "We sent you an email" and do not listen or help.
