VERY VERY bad provider AVOID at any cost

Hi I would like to thanks TrustPilot for this opportunity to write a review . i have been a very good customer of Barclaycard for 8 years and only 3 weeks ago they have cancelled my credit card . i have rang them and asked for explanation of this action as i was depending on this money for my next purchase but unfortunately all they can provide me with was " We can withdraw our services when ever we like and also we don't think you eligible for this card any more " .... This has left me confused and upset , so i have done my own home work on this and come to a conclusion that is you need a credit card from this provider then think twice as they can suddenly leave you with no card and whats worse then making a plan and this happens . Money stealers

Every month I pay over the odds to ensure I don't go over the limit (I pay more then minimum payment) It clears it then however they seem to decide each month what they need to charge me to make the card go over the limit again, then I get charged a late fee, then a over limit fee. Ring them and explain this to them set up a text message reminder... I never recieve one. Such bad customer service. Reviewed on: 17th May 2017

great value and benefits

Ticks all the boxes

The cash back card has been indispensable; having a single account that allows me to use two different card types is the ideal way of maximising my cash back opportunities. Unlike freedom rewards I like that I get cash rather than the more restrictive voucher option. It's good to know that I'm always getting 0.5-1% cash back on all purchases. Also, unlike Amex provided cards, with Barclaycard the cash back can be easily applied to your statement balance each month instead of each anniversary as is the case with American Express accounts.
