They are Quick to respond if there’s any suspicious activity on my account. I feel extremely safe with this Card and thank them for the service they have provided over the years. It has been great, I was offered credit card without banking with them, the bank I have been with for two years declined my credit card request because I have not lived in the country for 3 years but Barclay gave it to me on a flatter of gold. God bless all the staff in Barclay, they are life safer and I am now switching my other bank to them except Chase. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Hard to get contact special on line but over the phone tools longer. From when I was decreasing my limit it’s never gives me more that I was decided back to previous one. Now decided reduced my limit for my better future. That means bank knows better how is my future? Without asking me. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Worst Customer Service ever

After excepting a credit card offer from Barclays through my AARP membership, I immediately gave them information for two balance, transfers. The balance transfers with 0% interest were the sole reason I excepted the credit card offer to begin with. After waiting a few weeks, one of my statement still was not reflecting that the transfer has been made.. When I contacted Barclays, they told me that it failed to process, but they could not tell me why. When I asked how to resolve it, they said they could not help me as it had been over 45 days and I was required to do the transfer in that time period. I spoke with a customer care center supervisor named Kevin, who assured me that he could see that I had provided all information necessary for the balance transfer well ahead of the 45 days. However, since there was a problem on their end (one, they never made any attempt to resolve) he was not able to resubmit it. He acknowledged that I provided all the information to them for the balance transfer well within the required timeline. However, despite it, not being my fault, they could not resubmit and would not honor the original offer. He also assured me that I would be wasting my time to try and escalate it further as he was the final authority, and there was no one else that it could be escalated to. Reviewed on: 21st June 2023
