Not what it used to be...

I've been a Barclays customer for a long time. I used to love the customer service. But the last few interactions I've had with them have been extremely poor. Think I'll be moving now. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

Great company

Barclays everyday saver is great because you can save whenever you want, for as long as you want, with instant access to your money. You have Instant access to your money through online, mobile and telephone banking, in branch or with an optional cash machine and you are to open an account with just £1. Barclays is an great company overall, Barclays has over 4,750 branches, including more than 3,000 outside Britain in 50 countries. It employs 147,000 people and has 42 million customers. Everyday saver

I have recently opened up an everyday saver account and whilst maybe it is not the best account to have I found it was easy to set up and easy to send funds to and from this account. Definitely recommend Reviewed on: 10th November 2017

Does what it says on the tin

It’s a decent savings account. Never had any problems with it. Can do same day transfers from my current account. Interest rate could be better. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2017

Barclays is a good deal

Never had any major problems, the website is easy to use and I have been generally pleased with the service I received. Helped me set up an account quickly and listened to my needs. I am thinking of changing my savings account as I get very little interest with it hoever the account was easy to set up- no hidden fees, minimum limits, or service charges on it. I am really glad to have stayed as a customer and I would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 13th July 2017
