Dire!

Dreadful

New savings account set up, however first time I tried to login to sort out a deposit I find account is blocked without any reason given. Contact is impossible emails are returned Reviewed on: 17th March 2023

Poor communication and service

On my second purchase my card was declined which I later learnt was based on my first purchase being for a large amount. Apparently they tried to call me and left multiple messages on my home phone, none of which I received. I called them and after several attempts to get through (I ended the first few calls because I was on hold for so long) they finally unlocked my account. So now I have missed the interest free on my second purchase. Poor service, will be cancelling my account. Reviewed on: 24th April 2018

Validating bank account

Trying to validate current account to extra saver, bit of a nightmare. No problem with security checks but websites states 2 working days not so, still waiting after 5 days. Would be helpful if this was mentioned when you open the account that you are unable to just add a payee yourself but have to send copy of bank statement for the account you want validated.. I have telephone banking,which for some unknown reason I could not use this morning.i was informed by an automated service a fifteen mins delay on answering calls that was at 8.34am it is now 9.16 am and I am still on the line.time to change banks guys Reviewed on: 3rd March 2017
