Great insurance

They are great, but the cost for insuring my bike has increased 4fold in the last three years. Reviewed on: 14th October 2023

Disappointing

I needed to file a claim, and Bikmo took several weeks to start to process it, and then it send it to another company for further processing, which they say can take up to three days, but based on others experience, it can take a week or two. Apparently the other company often denies the claims, and therefore I am inclined to think that Bikmo is essentially a scam operation. Very disappointing. Reviewed on: 30th November 2024

Super quick process, great coverage and easy on the pocket. The customer service team are bike experts which is reassuring. There are three levels of cover depending on how you ride plus there is a 25% discount on eBikes and 50% multi-bike discount. Reviewed on: 17th July 2024

AVOID - Can not be trusted

After having insurance with them for a couple of year, when my bike unfortunately got stolen they would not pay out because they were not willing to verify my lock. My lock was complaint with the policy, so unfortunately they mis-sold me the policy. If you want protection for your bike, so somewhere else. Avoid this company. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

Keep yourself covered

Although I have never needed to make a claim I believe the cover offered by Bikmo provides peace of mind should the unexpected happen. If either your bike was stolen or indeed if you managed to collide with an expensive parked car then you have the security of knowing that you are covered by your insurance Reviewed on: 14th October 2023

Good communication and cover

Every time I have had the need to ask questions or make any sort of claim I have had clear and quick responses. the cover itself is as comprehensive as you could need and very clear about the specific needs of things like locks, bike sheds and general security. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023
