Bikmo have been insuring my E-bikes for 4 years now. I found their customer service team exceptional in all aspects from my initial contact over the phone through the whole process of which cover suited my needs to renewals and policy upgrades. Superb service, no complaints.

The true test of an insurance policy is not how they act with your first claim but what they do if lightning strikes twice. As an eBike owner I have had the misfortune of having my battery stolen on more than one occasion despite my best efforts to ensure the bike is secured in a safe, public space with CCTV.
