Superb service, no complaints.

The true test of an insurance policy is not how they act with your first claim but what they do if lightning strikes twice. As an eBike owner I have had the misfortune of having my battery stolen on more than one occasion despite my best efforts to ensure the bike is secured in a safe, public space with CCTV. In each instance, the service I have received from Bikmo has been excellent in every way. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Bikmo recommendation

I have received nothing but first-class service with the Bikmo team. Sadly, I have had to call upon my policy twice this year after my bike was vandalised and parts stolen. In both instances, the service was prompt and effective. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023
