People centred principles behind the business

BDCU working in partnership with my employer means that money goes straight out of my paycheck into a savings account. This has made it much easier for me to put aside a safety net. I also believe in & support the people centred principles behind the business. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024

BDCU is great but can be greater very soon.

BDCU is a good bank, but could improve on a few aspects to support customers. For example, on many occasions I have logged in where I needed to transfer money urgently into my debit card account but unfortunately the site was undergoing maintenance and this happens on more than one occasion. It could be due to updates taking place and the system goes offline to upload new transactions coming and going, but BDCU should have a backup system for this to happen for the peace of mind...
