I’m new to the chase bank but cannot rate it highly...

I’m new to the chase bank but cannot rate it highly enough, interest rates are fantastic which is a breath of fresh air after dealing with high street banks for so long, the app is very easy to use and support is there if you need it, i was always a bit hesitant about using online banking but sorry i didn’t start years ago, i would recommend the chase bank to anyone. Consistently Reliable and Easy to Use

I’ve had a great experience with Chase so far. The mobile app is user-friendly and makes managing my finances easy—from tracking spending to transferring money. I also appreciate the strong customer service; anytime I’ve had an issue or question, the support team has been responsive and helpful. Best Banking Service 2025!

Savings has always been a massive struggle for me, but with Chase Savings , I've managed to save so easily, and will continue banking with Chase for the foreseeable future. It's very easy to transfer into savings which is very useful , out of sight but still there safely, I know that I will be in good hands when I move out for my Masters ! Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Not so happy with the service

When I asked about an account and the amount I want to put in. I was told I could! I opened the account and I was unable too. I was limited to putting 20k per day! If your staff do not know they should not lie to a Customer! Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
