Used Chase for a few years now. good app but glitches.

Used Chase for a few years now. Use it for spending money more than bills. Understand why they have changed rhe cash back terms but very disappointing as a customer to be so restricted now versus previously. App easy to use but can be a bit glitchy (as others have reported). Like easy ability to set up multiple accounts and super easy to move money between. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Exceptional customer service

Have banked with FD for a long time - made the mistake many years ago after a poorer than normal experience to move current accounts but quickly regretted it and went back. App online always reliable and their phone customer service always exceptional. So nice polite and friendly and genuine. Actually seem to care about what they do and how they do it. Always professional efficient and well trained. use several other banks for saving or additional accounts or other products but refuse to move current account again. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Good savings account and competitive rate

Would like to see slightly higher rate, as offered by some other banks, but it’s a good rate and offset by ease of access and use and ability to easily set up multiple accounts and move money between accounts Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
