I’ve had a really positive experience with Chase. The app is intuitive and easy to use, making everyday banking simple and hassle-free. Features like spending insights and instant notifications help me stay on top of my finances, and I appreciate the transparency with no hidden fees. Their savings rates have also been excellent compared to other banks, which has made a real difference in helping me grow my money without needing to switch between multiple providers. Customer support has been reliable and responsive whenever I’ve needed help. Chase disregard FCA guidelines..

FCA issue accepted forms of ID that all banks should accept. Chase only accept driving licence & passport thus preventing elderly people opening accounts Reviewed on: 29th March 2026
