Good rate - mechanics could be better

The website is a bit clunky. I don’t like having to log on using a really non-memorable long number, rather than my email address or a username I choose myself. There doesn’t appear to be an app, which I use for all my other banks and prefer. I don’t understand why withdrawals don’t arrive until the next business day - withdrawals from competitors occur very quickly with Faster Payments. The good thing is the interest rate, which is why I opened this account. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Good experience, but I would love an Android app. The website is optimised for mobile (mostly), but for a digital bank, I think it's really important. Generally, it's a good bank and when you transfer money in and out, it doesn't take too long. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2025

Great savings account!

I opened a Chetwood savings account online and it was very straightforward. Communications were via email and were prompt and clear to understand. The rate of interest offered was excellent which is why I deposited my savings into the Chetwood savings account, overall a satisfactory experience. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2025
