Excellent - disability friendly

After taking the advice of Martin Lewis and opening an account with Chetwood I was incredibly impressed not only with the customer service but with the easy process of opening an account and depositing money into it. As someone who has a learning disability the process was clearly and simply set out; the instructions easy to follow and always with the support of being able to call someone up to iron out any concerns and questions. I deposited £5 from an account that I hadn’t nominat...

I deposited £5 from an account that I hadn’t nominated and was told by customer services that it would be refunded but it hasn’t been. I have chased this through their messaging service again but I’ve had no feedback after approx 5 days. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
