I deposited £5 from an account that I hadn’t nominated and was told by customer services that it would be refunded but it hasn’t been. I have chased this through their messaging service again but I’ve had no feedback after approx 5 days. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

No nonsense, a really easy access account!

My husband and I opened accounts. The process was very simple and straightforward. Unlike some other accounts, the rate didn’t immediately drop. All round the account has provided everything it said it would. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Easy to set up the account and communication was timely and not over the top. No spamming or unnecessary emails which is a breath of fresh air. This is a simple "no frills" account which I love. Just a great rate for my money! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

I like the intrest rates they give on instant access...

I like the intrest rates they give on instant access savings. I would prefer it if they had a mobile app available so I could access my savings quicker. Overall though pretty good . Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
