Good account overall

I haven’t used customer service, hence the neutral option. But my experience of using my savings account so far has been positive: good security, currently best rate of interest, easy to use. Would like it if there was an app though. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Excellent service from a bank I was not familiar with

I had never heard of the bank but I used MSE as a recommendation. I really value being able to open an account and do all my banking online and Chetwood bank certainly ticked all those boxes. They offer a very competitive interest rate which was also one of the main attractions that drew me to the bank. It's really easy to transfer money in and out of my account. The savings account was very quick and easy to set up, with simple, effective online steps, meaning I could deposit funds and start earning interest extremely quickly. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Very pleased with the hole process of application.

My account was easy to set up and only took around 10 minutes to complete the application and my sccounteas opened the same day, the Interest rates are some of the best out there, overall I'm very satisfied with this bank. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
