It was simple to set up my account and get going right away with clear instructions and easy usability. I like that I can see my transactions on one page and the search function works well. It would be great to be able to access my account /move money using an app though. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Chetwood provide excellent service. I have had a few queries since opening my Easy Access Savings account and received prompt and helpful responses. The product is excellent with a great savings rate and the service is reassuringly prompt and professional. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Opened a saving account with Chetwood and I am pleasantly surprised. Easy to access and no sudden drops in the interest rate. Would be nice if transfers out of the account back to my feeder account took less than 24hrs, but, hey you can't have everything! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Excellent - disability friendly

After taking the advice of Martin Lewis and opening an account with Chetwood I was incredibly impressed not only with the customer service but with the easy process of opening an account and depositing money into it. As someone who has a learning disability the process was clearly and simply set out; the instructions easy to follow and always with the support of being able to call someone up to iron out any concerns and questions.
