Top class bank

I have been a member of Nottingham and Lincoln Credit Union for many years. I am able to save by money being taken out of my wages. This way I do not notice it missing. I have managed to save £3000! As there are no debit cards I am not tempted to spend my savings, but if I need some money I can transfer this to my current account through the app. I originally joined as I needed a loan to pay a vets bill. I was loaned the money and paid it back while also saving. This loan accrued minimal interest and was soon paid off. This is where my saving journey began and I am forever grateful for this. Staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I have needed support. Top class banking. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

Customer service needs work

Fine now but took forever to setup the account as they kept delaying the security checks. I had to chase them repeatedly and it took weeks but I have the account now and it seems ok Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

I opened clockwise when I needed a bank

I opened clockwise when I didn’t have any other account available. It came in time of needs financially for me and has supported me by having a account that I can pay online via transfers and use a debit card day to day for living. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

Tryed few months back to sign up and had so much issues it stressed me.out amount times I rang etc didn't get sorted I ended up leaving the whole thing.. months after come back had great sutomer service sorted the issue out ehich was locked out my account and was able to apply quickly for loan Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

Great credit union

Easy to do online, I have no problems with credit union, if I ever do I just phone the office and get it sorted, very helpful and polite. Easy and quick to get a loan, with good interest rate. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

Early days but good.

I have just started dealing with Clockwise having come across from Nottingham Credit Union. The transition was handled well and and accessing the account has also been seamless. Transferring money had been easy and the site has been easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 29th May 2025
