Smooth and seamless service..

The transition from Nottingham Credit Union was smooth and seamless. Sometimes changing providers can be problematic with platforms and customer service but I had no issues. I have not had to use any additional services but the platform has been totally fine whenever I have had to use it. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Saving schemes from payroll

I have been saving for several years now direct from my salary. This helps me out at times of need when I require some extra cash. It is very quick and easy to move money from this savings account directly into my bank account. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Activating the online access to my account.

Really easy to use, very quick when I have a question the answer is always fast received. I can always get my money when I really need it no question or withholding my money. I like that it's online away from me so I can save without it being pushed in my face but I no it's there when I really need it or for christmas. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
