Why Close Bros?

Spreading my saving among a wide range of banks while eschewing the long-established High St. providers, I came across CB and decided to check out their offerings. At that moment in time, their savings interest rates were among the class leaders so after performing some background checks, I decided to give them my business. An easy-to-use website, and better interest rates than many big-name institutions were sufficient incentive for me to entrust some of my savings with them and I expect to continue as a customer for the foreseeable future. App easy to use but customer service is slow

I like the interest rates and the app is easy to use. Tough I had problems withdrawing larger amounts of money. It was blocked and couldn't get through to a customer service agent to get unblocked and they were slow to get back to me. So took a couple of days to get money unblocked each time.
