Today i have spoken to complete cover group i got no good responce from 2 guys over the phone.then 3rd time I spoke to Biffi Smith She is brilliant and have very good sense of humer to listen and understand to customers feelings.In short she gave me a great customer service and sorted my problem very quick.....Thanks Biffi you r great....... Scam artists

Took up insurance with this company as they presented the best quote on comparison websites called to arrange policy and salesman was relatively helpful up until receiving my card details for the deposit afterwards I was apparently dead to them as almost immediately I couldn't get hold of the original salesman (Jamie Jotangia) when attempting to ask for proof of insurance to be sent to me. I had to call and email several times before receiving any documents from them, after being told I would have my policy cancelled if I didn't provide documentation of my own that I had already sent at this point nevertheless I had to call to remind them that they had received said documents. After opting to pay monthly the total of my insurance had jumped by 600 pounds and I wasn't made aware of this until long after the cooling off period when they explained there had been a mistake on their end with my deposit being taken twice and my payments would be far more than they had told me, I called to cancel and was told I would lose my whole deposit which was almost a third of the total cost plus I would be charged for the administration involved in keeping my deposit and deleting my name off their system even though it was their "mistake" that made the insurance seem much more competitive than it actually was during the time in which I was allowed to cancel free of charge, but they were not interested in accepting any liability for this. Final insult received when I had to request my proof of no claims several times and also email quality control so I could finally cut ties with this broker forever, review could go on longer detailing the hours of my life spent on hold to their call centre trying to fix mistakes made by them and the charges incurred on my phone bill. This is the first review I have ever left before on a product or company and this should speak volumes of my dis-satisfaction with this broker and I would recommend avoiding at all costs. Customer for three years

I have been with this company three years, after a year I had financial difficulties and they were so understand and allowed me to pay back when I wanted and I was able to keep my policy. Helpful customer service staff

Only reason we didn't give 5 star was because of the initial issue with registering with the online portal. When I asked for help with this I was just directed back to using the same link I had issues with in the first place. Then they never got back to me However when calling up just now Alexis was really helpful and sorted the issue within a few minutes - brilliant Reviewed on: 19th July 2017
