Shocking Customer service

I have found this company to be very unhelpful and very poor customer service. I have just called to add a driver to the policy , I was on hold a number of times and the total call time was 46 minutes , then received the documents ..... they have put an incorrect surname on .... so i as i am writing this i am on the phone to them, currently on hold so far 13minutes !!!! wish me luck ..... Biffie at customer services was exceptional at providing a professional advice, suppprt and reinsurance also handling my queries regarding my documents was outstanding. I believe she deserves a pay rise. People with her attributes, attitude and personality provide a key value to a company. The staff in a company brings you revenue and Biffie is a gold mine. Worst customer service I received ever

I was told that I need to pay for a service I didn't received on time. The call I made on Friday the 16th of June 2017 just disappeared from record list and no body cared about hat. The only thing I was told it was that there nothing He can do about it. I'm very disappointed. Upset. frustrated. I will never again have a business with this brocker company.
