Shocking Customer service

I have found this company to be very unhelpful and very poor customer service. I have just called to add a driver to the policy , I was on hold a number of times and the total call time was 46 minutes , then received the documents ..... they have put an incorrect surname on .... so i as i am writing this i am on the phone to them, currently on hold so far 13minutes !!!! wish me luck .....
