Today i have spoken to complete cover group i got no good responce from 2 guys over the phone.then 3rd time I spoke to Biffi Smith She is brilliant and have very good sense of humer to listen and understand to customers feelings.In short she gave me a great customer service and sorted my problem very quick.....Thanks Biffi you r great.......
