Why would i possibly need a title? And why is it a required* field?

helpful customer service guy but this is the first time i have had to prove who i am on car insurance (send copys of licence etc.) and it was a pain to get my no claims discount added to my policy.. I've had this policy less than a week and have spent more time on hold than any other company i have used in the past.. this is also the most expensive policy i have had to take in the last 6 years. summery; employees i have talked to are great!.. prices and processes suck.. Could have done better

Overall the experience was not too bad, I think that I was left on hold for too long without someone coming back and letting me know what was happening. Customer Service could have been a bit better but I think it was basic for what we can expect from today's agents. Reviewed on: 20th April 2017

stressful...please don't go with this insurer

All I have is nothing but problems with this insurer BROKER! They are thieves! There rude and they really dont try there best getting you a really good quote. I got a newer car...not the newest just newer and they was trying to charge me just under £400 a month! i was outraged and asked would i be able to pay out and claim my 1 year no claims and they have said no! please dont not go with this insurer. I dont even think these other reviews are real as i also know someone who is with them and have nothing but trouble! Im going to log in a complaint to the ombudsman. Im going to put this insurer on my social sites so people are aware not to go with these people because they will rip you off. Scammers! If i could give them no stars i would. This company needs to get shut down! I'm going to hand all these complaints to the BBC programme 'scammed' or 'don't get done get dom' so they get named and shamed! Reviewed on: 20th April 2017

Will try to meet competitors deals and keep you as a cus to merge the only thing I find that let's them down is the waiting time to get throughold on a call and some of the staff don't do what your asking them to or what they are telling you they have done for instance I spoke to 3 advisors asking for my documents each said they had emailed theme but never received the 4 call the girl did everything for me while I was on the phone and was very attentive to my needs so depends who anewels your call . The lady was polite and nice but not helpful

I am being charged an extra £115 which I was not told about and I am paying an extra £11 for an added on driver so y an extra premium. When I asked and mentioned I was unaware of this amount and was not made clear to me and to check ur telephone recordings and she said I will hear from the complaints department. Payment date

Couldn't move my payment date from the 14/15th to the 1st of the month(when most people have Direct debits set up for) which is a bit annoying more than anything but apart from that a generally good service. Reviewed on: 18th April 2017
