The lady was polite and nice but not helpful

I am being charged an extra £115 which I was not told about and I am paying an extra £11 for an added on driver so y an extra premium. When I asked and mentioned I was unaware of this amount and was not made clear to me and to check ur telephone recordings and she said I will hear from the complaints department.
