Terrible company to deal with. cant get through on phone unless you stay on hold over an hour. they dont answer emails. charged me £125.00 to cancel 3 week old policy and kept my deposit. real crooks stay clear of them. spend your hard earned money elsewhere Reviewed on: 28th October 2021

great customer service easy and quick

The person that dealt with me, Mikayla, was extremely friendly ensuring I got the best of my insurance quote and offered the correct services and explained them clearly. She kindly answered all questions to my understanding and made my insurance process friendly and easy. Further more, I rang the company a few times and the two other fellows I spoke to were also extremely helpful and friendly :) Reviewed on: 15th March 2017
