Easy and Affordable

Buying cover for the first time was incredibly easy, and renewal was even easier! Cover Cloud have great prices paired with great coverage so I feel at ease when I am using my device knowing they have my back in case the worst happens. I am very happy with their service. Best value quote

Not only were they the cheapest quote (it was cheaper to buy elite cover with CoverCloud than basic cover from may other sites) but the sign up was easy, and their policy documents are in plain English rather than legalese. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2020

Very easy, clear and helpful!

2nd hand replacements!!

After proving I own and use the phone, I am waiting for it to be collected, as they have no local repairs, fair enough! But if the phone is unrepairable-guess what they just told me I get a used replacement! Do not buy this insurance! They will happily look for a reason to not insure u, the staff on the phone, were very aware that their insurance was terrible, one girls chuckled that's yes that's the cover! Not interested when you make a claim

Took out gold insurance with £50:excess but when we tried to make a claim which would have been £100 after the excess they made out we had taken out basic insurance - luckily this claim was not for a lot of money but if it had been a hospital visit or something more expensive we would have been left with a big bill to pay - we will choose more carefully which insurance we pick in the future.
