Appalling customer service

Slow and at times dreadful. It took far too long to resolve an issue and was rejected a replacement IPhone because of a change in contract I was not made aware of. Definitely do not deserve to win an award. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2016

Great cover, Great Value, Great Customer Service

Having had an expensive mishap due to not having my mobile insured, I shooped around and Covercloud seemed to be the best value. I contacted customer services to update my hubbys phone, no bother and no increase in premium. Thankfully I've not had to make a claim - but I'm really happy with the service I've received. Easy peasy lemon squeeze

Getting cover for my Apple Watch and iPad could not have been easier. And when I changed models the guys at CloudCover were so helpful, made it really easy. I will be moving my iPhone cover to CloudCover from my bank as the excess is much more friendly and I can choose what suits me. Well chuffed. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2016
