Comprehensive cover at an excellent price

Got a quote online for a holiday to Spain. My wife has a number of medical conditions and I was pleasantly surprised at not only how cheap the premium was, but also how thorough the cover on the "Silver" policy was. Friendly, efficient and easy.

I am actually bothering to write a review which I never do. The reason for this is because I have genuinely only experienced good service when it comes to Cover Cloud. I have sincerely recommended them to friends. They always respond quickly, are helpful and friendly over the phone, and most of all are very affordable. Heidi Howell was particularly great! Fortunately I have not needed to claim from my insurance but I did need assistance to update my policy due t o an update on my device. It was really quick any easy to do so via email. I made my request and within hours it was updated and new policy documents given to me. No hassle and polite service. thank you Reviewed on: 5th September 2016

Excellent service

I purchase a policy with CoverCloud to protect my iphone. Around 6 months into the policy my phone was stolen from my pocket. Contacted CoverCloud and sorted everything out with a replacement phone in quick time. Very happy customer Reviewed on: 5th September 2016

Great customer service

The rate I paid for my insurance was really good given the cover I receive. I lost my phone a few months ago and talking to the customer service advisor, Colin, was an absolute pleasure - he couldn't do enough to help! He even called me back instead of me waiting on hold for hours. The company was a little let down by their replacement handset provider who took 2 weeks to get the handset to me, but it is a very good replacement and I've been really happy with the overall service I've received.
