Great customer service

The rate I paid for my insurance was really good given the cover I receive. I lost my phone a few months ago and talking to the customer service advisor, Colin, was an absolute pleasure - he couldn't do enough to help! He even called me back instead of me waiting on hold for hours. The company was a little let down by their replacement handset provider who took 2 weeks to get the handset to me, but it is a very good replacement and I've been really happy with the overall service I've received.
