Does what it says

Needed cover for a holiday abroad but as I have hypertension I needed a specific company. Was fully covered with a fair premium and even had a welcome home text checking that everything was okay........will certainly use again Reviewed on: 27th August 2018

Great cover at great prices

I first found CfU when doing searches for holiday insurance. They always came back with a great value package and they are now my Go To holiday insurer. Their web site is clear and easy to navigate, prices great and terms clear. I am fortunate never have had to make a claim with them but I did have direct contact once web I bought insurance from them twice. Once just after I booked my holiday and again a few months later - I phone when I realised my mistake and they immediately refunded my second policy Reviewed on: 26th August 2018

Medical emergency

Needed to claim medical expenses after a massive heart attack while holidaying in Spain last year. While I recovered in intensive care my family were treated sympathetically and the fast, professional service they received during this time led to a smooth recovery and fast repatriation from hospital to my home address.
