sorry to blow the good reviews but ......

I have ti take my dog to Fitzpatricks {Supervet fame} next week.Called up yesetrday and spoke to a guy called Theo . He explained everything and I was happy with his response.Fast forward to today and my husband calls me to say they are not covering us due to pre-existing.problem being no tests were ever performed when our little Benji was around 2 months old to say he had hydrocephalus or a seizure.These were off "the cuff remarks" made by a general vet no testing was ever performed in the way of MRI scans etc ,hence the reason for going to Fitzpatricks .So I say "buyer beware" . Bad experience not helpful

Had insurance for 16 Months paid regular every month £55 when we needed to clam they delayed for weeks and then told us they were not going to pay out. Reviewed on: 24th May 2022

best price for the cover
