About this product

On 18 October 2024, Endsleigh completed its merger with Howden. For Endsleigh clients, the service remains the same, via your usual contacts, but no new car insurance policies are sold under the Endsleigh brand.

Lauren from the complaints department tried to blackmail me after trying to defraud me

They send, by email credit agreements to sign and when I have signed, they send a letter a few weeks later saying they've change the amount to more. Is this legal? Is this fraud? When you speak to them, all they do is use the excuse book. I will now be reporting them to the FCA for a full investigation. Friendly, affordable and upfront

I have used Endsleigh for three years and they have always been very user friendly. I have always found them the cheapest too, with most protection. Reviewed on: 13th July 2020

I rarely need insurance claims, but when the unthinkable happened and I was in an accident, Endsleigh were there for me and helped through a stressful time.

I was in an accident, bumped into a large off road vehicle while reversing.. the driver and his wife were very aggressive although I stopped and exchanged insurance company details with them. There was a small bumper dent on their car as I was edging out and no speed was involved. Had a small crack on one of the rear lights... By the time I got home, I was very distressed and in tears.. I phoned Endsleigh right away and the girl I spoke to was very calming and understanding.That poor girl must have wondered who on earth she was dealing with because I could hardly speak at one point.She also asked if I was injured or alone, did I need help I explained I was really alright , I was just being silly. She took my details and told me to leave the rest to Endsleigh. The company called me back an hour later to tell me it was all in hand and checked to see if I was all right. It was really a personal touch which helped me cope and helped me calm down. I am not normally a flustered person but the stress of it all hit me hard that morning.
